David Longden is the founder and President of HireFX and has been in the forefront of interactive applications for use in the human resource and service delivery fields since 1989. David introduced telephone-based interactive hiring solutions and pioneered the use of the methodology in a number of different applications, including specialized tools for the Call Center industry. He was the first to recognize its effectiveness as a tool to measure customer satisfaction and apply it to the rapidly expanding "e-recruitment" market. Before founding HireFX (initially called Advantage Interactive) he rose to the position of President at Adcom Research Ltd. He has a Bachelors degree in Economics from University of Western Ontario.
Jim Lowe is the Vice President of Product Management for HireFX, responsible for the HireFX RPO service. Jim joined HireFX when it was founded 13 years ago, and became Vice-President of the company in 2000. Jim is the architect of HireFX's cutting-edge recruitment solutions and has designed systems that have processed more than one hundred thousand job applicants for clients in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Jim is an Honour's graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and a graduate of Georgian College's Research Analyst program. He was employed as a Research Coordinator at Georgian College and served his internship with Research International Canada, one of the largest worldwide custom research houses.
Bob Wood is the CFO for HireFX and has held executive positions in Finance and Operations at several major corporations. He was a customer of HireFX while at Accenture, before investing in and joining the company. He was one of the three founding Executives of CustomerWorks, the first large scale BPO provider to the Utility Industry until Accenture acquired it in 2001. His Key roles included Comptroller, Consumers Gas; Vice President Customer Service, Enbridge; COO, CustomerWorks; and Executive Vice President, Accenture Business Services. Bob sits on the board of HireFX, is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and is a Certified Accountant.
