John Bodolai has been a leader in the technology sector for the past 18 years, holding various senior management roles including Sales VP at PeopleSoft, VP Sales & Marketing at Nightingale Informatix Corporation. Recently he launched SkillsMeridian Inc. which is focused on international recruiting and offshoring to help Canadian companies find highly skilled IT professionals globally.
John graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Business Degree, and went on to obtain his Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation. He has also completed his Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) certification from the University of Toronto. John spends a significant amount of his share time supporting non-profit organizations and is currently Vice-Chair, Board of Governors, Seneca College. He also mentors new immigrants to Canada through COSTI Employment Services.
Stephen Ryan is a professional HR Director with many years of experience behind him. Today he is Director of HR for Georgia Gulf Corporation’s Canadian businesses. For 7 years he headed up the HR function for DWL, a privately held enterprise software company that was eventually acquired by IBM. His responsibilities included leading DWL’s “People Management” strategies and practices, corporate facilities and the IT department. While at DWL, Steve played a key role in the post-acquisition transition of DWL and its staff to IBM.
Steve graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland. In 1998, Steve received the Certified Compensation Professional designation through the “WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals”.
Mary Ann Dunlop is currently the VP of Human Resources with Eloqua Corporation. She is responsible for the development of all HR strategies, and the delivery of HR services and programs. Mary Ann is an accomplished Human Resource professional with experience in global compensation and employee issues. She is strategically focused on the business objectives, able to integrate a variety of Human Resource strategies and plans into the overall business plan to support the company performance and growth objectives.
Mary Ann has spent 8 years in the high tech industry where she held leadership roles in human resources and operational leadership roles in the retail industry (HMV). Mary Ann has specialized in HR for more than 15 years and is a graduate from The University of Western Ontario and holds a certificate in Human Resource Management.
Scott Farber understands the business challenges facing Contact Centre executives. A former executive with a major Canadian financial institution, Scott brings 15 years of Contact Centre experience to Work-At-Home Specialists. Over the course of his career, he launched, managed and transformed numerous inbound/outbound contact centres. Scott also developed and implemented growth strategies, relationship sales and service and organizational development initiatives, and participated in the sourcing and implementation of Contact Centre technology solutions.
Ryan Dineen has been the CEO of DenoSys, a web-based provider of Human Resource-centric technology since 2003. Prior to DenoSys, Ryan was the Director of Human Resources for West Virginia University. Ryan also has several years experience as a Human Resource Consultant specializing in Fortune 500 HR and payroll implementations across Canada and the US. Ryan holds a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Relations and resides in Morgantown with his wife, Valerie, and 3 children.
